Right of Withdrawal

You are granted a full 365-day right of withdrawal on products purchased at scootworld.com. The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Returns must be notified to us no later than 365 days after purchase.

Notification must be sent by email to: info@scootworld.com. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, and you may attach our standard withdrawal form.

Via the return portal, you can easily register your return and create a return label. Once the process is completed, you will receive all relevant documents at the email address you provided.

Once we have received your return package, our customer service team will process it as quickly as possible. If the return meets the conditions for withdrawal, we will refund the purchase amount accordingly.
